Diet, excercise are key! Also, get outside and enjoy the sun, exposure to small amounts of sunlight can boost the metabolism by more than 400%.

You may want to take some vitamins and supplements to start with. Make sure you are eating healthy and well balanced meals as well. If you like spaghetti try to grate a few carrots into it. You will never notice the taste. As far as vegetables and fruit go, there has to be something you can tolerate and you need green vegatables as well .
Are you getting enough sleep? If not you need to find ways to relax yourself at nighttime to make sure you are sleeping soundly. If nothing seems to work and this has been going on for a while then you know that answer. You need to see the doctor so he can rule out thyroid desease or other causes.

If you really wont eat fruit and veg then maybe you should turn to liquids and pills for your source of vitamins. Drink lots of water, this will make your body feel a lot more alive. Also drink juice - a glass of juice is one of your 5 a day. If you don't like the texture of fruit maybe buy a smoothie maker. That's what I did. You can have alcoholic smoothies, put ice cream in it, eating fruit can be a lot of fun. I had a banana and chocolate ice cream smoothie for breakfast, prob not that healthy but it's got one of my 5 a day! Give it a try. If not take vitamins but research has shown that multivitamins are not that good for you. It has been shown that you could die 5% earlier from natural causes than someone who doesn't take multivitamins.

I would check with your doctor so they can do a few basic tests. Tiredness and lethargy are fairly common symptoms. Do you drink juices, shakes or smoothies? If so, you could add some fruit to them and give them a blitz in the blender.

Vitamin D and Co Enzyme Q10 may also help. Doing a bit of exercise will make you feel a bit more tired at first but it does create "feel good" endorphins that give you more energy.

Good luck.

Take some vitamin D tablets with fresh orange juice, that should give you a bit of a boost, especially while it is still a bit dull and dreary!!!! Try bits of fruit out of a fresh fruit salad ready made from the supermarket..... a little bit expensive, but it saves buying loads of one type of fruit for you to throw it away if you don't like it. Grapes are normally a good fruit for those who aren't too keen.

Try Limu Plus. It energizes and aids overall health.
Also try Co Enzyme Q10. This helps the body 'create' energy from more of the foods you already eat. This enzyme decreases in presence as you grow older. Check it out.
Both can be found at the link below. There's a neat little "drop down" search box on the left hand side of the webpage.
Good luck.

ok. basic principles. Try and drink a litre of water a day (water not squash!!) to start with. That helps flush out all of the toxins in your body. The next thing is to start trying different fruit and veg that you normally wouldn't eat. They are so unbelieveably important for your diet!
On the side you can try vitamin B12 (good for when you're feeling run down)
and Iron!

Hope you feel better soon

Why not have a free nutritional evaluation from a1diet - you will probably need supplements to make up for the fruit and veg you aren't able to eat. They helped me to gain extra energy. Check the link below

Are you sleepy? Or fatigued? the distinction is that with fatigue, you lose interest in issues. which could be a symptom of melancholy. diet B12 could help, or iron supplements. too plenty iron interior the physique is poisonous nevertheless, so i could make an appointment inclusive of your wellbeing practitioner, in the previous you're taking something. i replaced into drained each and all of the time, and that i found out that i replaced into anemic. and that i replaced into plagued by melancholy! (while it rains, it pours). i'm doing properly now, yet merely by way of fact I sought scientific scientific care. Is there something on your life bothering you? possibly going to a therapist could help besides.

Get your iron levels checked first. If this is okay, try a tonic eg. metatone which has lots of good stuff in it to energise you.

Another possibility is that you are stressed out...maybe with lots to do but not wanting to face it all...the brain can tire us so that we have an escape route...in that we can sleep or avoid etc.

Hope that helps
