Does there mood change? I have heard of this just curiuos what are the reconizable symtoms of someone going through low blood sugar and what should you do??? How to help, I have a friend that I really like and he is diabetic and I want to know everything possible I need to know to take care of him if ever necessary.

I am getting over the flu and a sinus infection and my dr. gave me these antiboitics. The first one I took upset my stomach to the point that I had to throw it up, but I am not sure if it was a result of my weak stomach from the flu. I took my 2nd dose today and about 3 hours so far and I feel fine. My question is how long after taking pills if it hasn't upset your stomach it won't? Like if its past an hour, does that mean its working and settling good and nothing to worry about? Thanks

I have pain in my upper right leg near my thigh any time
i move my leg in certain ways, like moving it towards the left side
i've had this now for about a month and a half but the pain

I've always felt there must be an answer to this weight epidemic and it's not all about food. I've exercised and dieted constantantly for years, and yet I can't seem to loose the fat. Even when I'm not directly dieting, I eat healthy, natural portions, and still, I'm a size 14-16. It's so frustrating.

I am addicted to pop, and I am in the process of loosing weight so I decided to "ditch" the pop. I do not like the taste of water so I have been getting these on the go packs and putting it in my water it has 0 cal 0 sugars and 10 mg of sodium....does this affect the water or is it just as healthy for me as drinking plain water?

I'm trying to drink more water, and although I don't drink that much, the only thing that I am drinking is water. Now lately I've been very bloated in the morning. I have heard that a lot of people are suffering with this. It is like you arer bunged up with a proper cold, with sore throat, coughs etc, then it goes only to find a few days later, it is back , and sometimes one can wake up either in the middle of trhe night or first thing in the morning all bunged up again

ok I have been on a diet which consists of low sodium and low calorie daily intake with about a gallon of water a day. I go to the gym 6 days a week which cardio was 3 - 4 times a week for 45 give or take a few minutes. I worked out with weights 6 days a week but alternated the workout each night so my muscles would have time to recover. I lost a little over 14lbs in 4 weeks. About 2 weeks ago I changed my routine a bit because I lost alot of weight but it wasnt showing around my stomach area. I cut coffee and alcohol out completely and I run for 5 days a week now for 50 - 60 minutes a day. I actually am losing weight at a slower rate now. I have only lost just about 2 lbs in the past 2 weeks. What am I doing wrong with this diet? I just want to lose about 1-2 inches off my stomach and lovehandle area.

Hi folks

I'm on a strict calorie controlled diet to lose weight, just 1400 a day. I only need to lose another stone but I'm starting to struggle with hunger pangs now!

I normally have an apple or necterine for breakfast , around 8am, then get hungry by 10am so I have a small pot of yoghurt and 2 clementines in work, then I'm starving again by 11.30am!

I need a low calorie, filling breakfast I can make the night before and eat on the way to work.

Please help!

Okay for the last 4 weeks ive been really really down in the pits, really emotional, and frustrated on my life. Putting my self down making unnessacary suicide comments becuase of listening to my mom, make assumptions on why i've been so down. I've been really anxious latley *more then usually*. But this week for some reason ive just been anxious! and my doctor reffered me to go talk to somebody at the mental health clinc and dont know if i should becuase i feel better. Whats your say?

My routine is usually 3-4 times a week for about 1.5 hours. (Abs, upperbody, 30 min cardio one day and abs, lower body, 30 min cardio the next.) Also, I eat around 1200-1300 calories a day.
I feel like the cardio I do is a high intensity and I am starting to dread it lately. I was losing about 2 lbs or more a week for the past 2 months and now I am not losing anything. I still want to lose another 30 lbs!
Any suggestions on how I can get out of this funk? What is a good way to change my workout without making it dreadful? How do I stay motivated? How do I start losing weight again? I have no problems with the eating part.. just the exercise. Thanks!
