You can Lose 9 lbs every 11 days after you know these facts:
Low Fat Foods DON'T WORK.........
You cannot lose weight using Low Fat Diets. Low fat foods have been popular for more than 15 years, but yet our society is getting more overweight as each year passes. This fact alone should tell you that eating a purely low fat menu is not the answer to losing weight.
Low Calorie Diets DON'T WORK........
You won't lose weight using a Low Calorie Dieting Plan either. In fact, eating low calories is the worst thing that you can do to your body, since that will only slow down your body's fat burning engine and ruin all chances of losing weight (low calorie diets may allow a few pounds of weight loss for the first few days, but then after that all weight loss comes to a halt --- known as a dieting plateau). You can never get slim by starving yourself.
Low Carb Plans DON'T WORK.......
You'll probably find it extremely difficult to get slim using a Low Carb Dieting Plan. Low carb diets have recently become popular over the last couple years, but the problem with low carb menus is that they are too strict and TOO HARD TO FOLLOW for average people. Low carb menus tend to rob your body of too much energy (carbohydrates) and make it nearly impossible to remain on the program for very long. This is why so many dieters find it difficult to follow a strict low carbohydrate menu.
In fact, the food that you eat can either make you THIN or FAT!!!
GO to the source below,,
It will tell you the whole secret of weight loss and tell you how to lose weight by eating Chicken,Fish Filet,Cottage Cheese, sandwich and so on.You can find weight loss is so easy and so happy!!!!!

All that fruit might seem good but it's loaded with (natural) sugar that brings you down after your body uses the energy and then you feel real hungry. The yogurt also has sugar, unless you're having the sugar-free type (better). Since eggs aren't "on the go" since you have to prepare them, find something else that's not loaded with sugar or preservatives. Try things like tuna (on a slice of whole wheat), salad (w/ tomatos, italian/blue cheese dressing), mixed nuts, granola bars (sugar-free), rice cakes w/ peanut butter, etc. This stuff will also fill you up more than the yogurt and fruit and your energy level should last longer.

I understand entirely where you are coming from. Hunger pangs mid-morning are just too tempting!
I have found an excellent way to avoid pangs. I make a sugar-free granola mix, that contains seeds and dried fruit. I make a large quantity (recipe below), so that I can quickly spoon out 4 spoonfuls and eat with skimmed milk before zooming off to work. An adequate breakfast is essential, and lasts well until lunchtime. It's the fibre and the slow digestion that help to continue to avoid hunger pangs. If you do get 'pangs' a glass of water is very helpful, as it fills the stomach without calories.
Recipe for granola
5 cups porridge oats
1 cup sesame seeds
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup sunflower oil
1 cup honey
mix above ingredients in a roasting tray and roast for 40 min in an oven at gas mark 4 / 200 degrees. Strir every so often. Once golden coloured, remove from oven and allow to cool.
Mix in nuts (walnuts, linseeds, almonds wrc etc) plus dried fruit (chopped dates, cranberries, apricots, figs etc etc) according to your tastes.
This is very sustaining and is truely worth a try! I find that a breakfast of this allows me to do hard exercise with out hunger or pangs. If you do get pangs, always remember water!
Hope this helps!

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aMEXn
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Try more fiber and protein, less sugar. Fruits have mostly sugar. You need to eat slightly larger breakfast. Try eating a boiled egg on whole wheat toast, or low fat cheese with tomatoes on toast. Oatmeal made with fat-free milk and some nuts is also very filling, as is cream of wheat.
Eat fruit as a snack, but also add couple nuts- they are good for your heart, and keep you sated.

Think FIBER!
It's filling, it takes longer to digest so you feel full longer, and you should be eating 25g per day anyways. Add a bowl of oatmeal to your breakfast, or a high fiber, low cal English Muffin (Thomas' makes one with 100 calories and 8g of fiber). It will really make a difference, and a muffin or mini bagel can be eaten on the run. Just read the nutrition label!
Good luck... calorie counting is how I lost 20+ pounds.

The most important meal in the day is brekkie, so make time to sit down and eat it. I have a bowl of bran flakes or all bran with skimmed milk, and a satsuma. Lunch is a salad, and 2 pieces of fruit. Dinner is the same meal as everyone else. (excpet if I dont want all the past, potatoes or chips, I leave them)
I dont ever really feel hungry.......

What you need is protein and not so much sugar as are in the fruit and even in the yogurt. Try a bean and rice burrito with some no fat cheese. Have it on a whole grain tortilla and the fiber will get rid of most of your calories.
