I am addicted to pop, and I am in the process of loosing weight so I decided to "ditch" the pop. I do not like the taste of water so I have been getting these on the go packs and putting it in my water it has 0 cal 0 sugars and 10 mg of sodium....does this affect the water or is it just as healthy for me as drinking plain water?

The only difference is the sodium you are getting. But its no big deal at all...you could drink it to replace water everytime and it really won't have much of an affect. I also quit drinking pops ( or Cokes as we call them in Texas lol) and started drinking water as well!

Not as healthy, but if it will allow you to drink water it's worth it. I'm wondering what else it has in it. If it's sweetened but has no sugar it no doubt has aspartame or some such dietary sweetener. You shouldn't drink an excessive amount of this.

It's also a good idea (and tastes much better) to drink filtered water, not water out of your tap. You can buy flavored water at the store, which will not be tap and has that same dietary sweetener in it. Just don't drink too many of these.

It's a good idea to get a water purifier and get used to drinking it plain. Drinking ample water every day is good for you in many ways, so you're on the right track.

The extra salt isn't as good for you as water, but if the taste helps you drink it then go for it girl. The mixed water is 10x better for you than some soda.

If it doesn't have any sugar in it, it should be okay for you. Sugar is what makes soda evil for any dieter, or really, any human who wants to be healthy.

Any foods with refined sugar in them are very bad, too. If you want something sweet, go for a fruit salad or something. After a while, your body will crave fruit instead of those other sugary snacks.

It's healthy, but the sodium will cause you to bloat.
