is ther any way to tell , keeps holding her privates, keeps changing underwear,say,s it hurts ,but would not cooperate at the doctors needed her to pee in cup , she wouldn't do it , even at home i tryed to get her to pee in cup, no go, i heard alka seltzer works for urinary infections ,but is it o.k for kids any remedies or answers out there..

What should I look for in a protein bar?

I want to lose weight, gain a little muscle and I see tons of protein bars for sale with varying amounts of protein, sodium, fat, calories, etc. How many calories for a protein bar is too many? What on the label should be a warning sign to stay away (calorie-wise, fat-wise, etc.)?

my son is 100% when he gets amoxicillin when he gets sick but 2 days after hes off the med he gets sick AGAIN.

what can i do what could this be? he does go to daycare but hes been home with me on vacation twice and the same thing happens!!?? ifeel bad for him cause he can never have a good whole 2 weeks. i did start using a humidifier in his room at night and now he gets a mucousy cough in the morning, should i stop using it? plus hes teething so im not sure if that does anything (hes cutting 2 molars), HELP? is there anything i can ask the dr about? maybe a low immune system or something? when hes healthy hes great!! energetic and everything but he keeps getting the green mucous from his nose and the productive cough?

Sorry I am trying to get answers before work!!! Can I use an OTC yeast infection med even if I am not sure I have a yeast unfection?? Will any harm come from doing this??

What do you think is the best exercise for people with back, hip and knee problems??

I'm pretty sure I know the answer to this one but I'd like to see if anyone else has some additional ideas (some of you have some really great ideas as I monitor and participate in this site, you may be able to remind me of something I've forgotten).

I need to lose about 50-80 lbs, but everytime I start to exercise (ie, treadmill, weights, floor exercises, pilates & yoga to name of few) I end up with muscle spasms, hips going out because of the constant slamming on the treadmill, etc. Helpful suggestions appreciated I'm also almost 50 and I don't feel that is old but I do know I'm not in the kind of shape I need to be in to have a good quality of life that we all look forward to in retirement.

I'm 20...health...and inlove...but my problem is that i can't satisfy my girl...i'm excited when i'm with her but my erection is down in few secons after I introduce my penis into her...hope U understand and can help...I must say that she is the third in my life ..never before had that kind of problems and I love her a lot.At first I thougt that I was nervous because she means a lot to me and I didn't waned her to be disapointed...but yesterday we tried to do it again...it was my 4 th failure...i stopeed thinking is a pshihological probelm...what do u think?

ive been taking GNC 100% Whey shakes every morning. i do work out at least 3 times a week and stay active throughout the week. I want to make that im taking the correct course for losing weight. is 100 % whey every morning and before each workout the way to go? or can this add weight to me?

Older Brother vomiting 4 times a day for 3 years Straight?

My older brother has either been sick or has buliema for years. He is a 49 year old man that stands at 6'3, once weighted about 250 solid. He has be constantly vomiting 4 times a day for 3 years and now weights about 130. He has been having constant hiccups for so he says that he vomiting to stop the hiccups but now it's become scary. My mother and I see him and he looks like he can't go one any longer with the weight lost. The weird thing is, he still goes to work every morning with no problem and around family acts like nothing is wrong. Almost like WE don't know he's been doing it! But we don't think he is buliemic at his age but we don't know how ANYONE can live this long doing this. He has said that doctors have said that he has pancreatic cancer but that was 2 years ago but from my studies, he shouldn't have lived 6 months past the diagnosis. Is there a a dieases the causes chonic vomiting? And frankly, how long can he live like this?

UTI or Yeast Infection?

After a night of drinking a few nights ago, I woke up with what i thought was a UTI. It was pretty bad. I got some UTI pain meds, and that helped a bit. This was on Sunday. Now I still feel pressure, but at the same time, the vaginal opening is itching like crazy. It feels really wierd I can't really explain it. I think I still have the urge to pee, but...I don't know I hate it and its uncomfortable. I want to go into work late so that I can get some yeast infection meds.

This is so uncomfortable that I want to cry. I cant go to the doctors today, and I would like to avoid that if possible. Is it okay to treat for a yeast infection? Even if I am not sure that I have one???

STD's are ruled out.
