The correct answer is

DON'T PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR WEIGHT!!

Your weight is 40% from muscles, another large percentage from bones, depending on your size and yet another big portion from the weigh of your internal organs and blood (again depending on your bone structure).

You certainly DON'T want week muscles and bones do you? We loose muscles as we age and the bones become thinner and brittle, therefore it is good to have them strong and heavy to begin life with.

The only portion of your weight that should worry you is the fat, usually between 10% and 30% (this last number being for an obese person).
To keep body-fat under control, measure around your bellybutton and try not to let this measure grow too much as grow older (exception made to pregnancy off course, but than try to get back close to it after delivery). A little growth is normal.

At 19 your normal percentage body fat should be around 15 to 17%. More is excess.
If when you try to run you feel like there are two people running, one goes first and the other follows bouncing after, that is the excess body fat you need to get rid of.
