I know weight gain is a major side effect from taking the Pill but does anyone know what the average amount is that you gain?

I was on the pill from age 17 to age 34. I didn't gain any weight that was caused by the pill. I weighed 15 pounds more at age 34 that I did at 17...but that is probably due to the age difference and change in life styles.

I'm on Kariva and I haven't gained anything on the pill.

Depends on the pill. Take a lower estrogen pill and you should be OK.
