I'm trying to drink more water, and although I don't drink that much, the only thing that I am drinking is water. Now lately I've been very bloated in the morning. I'm not pregnant, and I'm not overweight. So it is the water? And how do I make it stop? I also have not done cardio in two weeks because I had mesotherapy on my thighs and its still tender to the touch and hurts with vibration. So could lack of cardio be it? I still lift...

You could be retaining some of that water. I would take a woman's laxative in the evening if you don't plan on going anywhere in the morning and see if cleaning yourself out will do it.
