My routine is usually 3-4 times a week for about 1.5 hours. (Abs, upperbody, 30 min cardio one day and abs, lower body, 30 min cardio the next.) Also, I eat around 1200-1300 calories a day.
I feel like the cardio I do is a high intensity and I am starting to dread it lately. I was losing about 2 lbs or more a week for the past 2 months and now I am not losing anything. I still want to lose another 30 lbs!
Any suggestions on how I can get out of this funk? What is a good way to change my workout without making it dreadful? How do I stay motivated? How do I start losing weight again? I have no problems with the eating part.. just the exercise. Thanks!

My 30 mins of cardio has been on the elliptical (at the gym) with intervals of resistance.

First take one week off. You should be taking a week off every 3-4 months. Your body needs it. When you said you dread it, that was the telltale sign that you need a refreshing break. Stretch during that week. Do fun things like an easy swim or easy run or hike.

As far as losing more weight. Read the following link. There are more links within the links that give you concrete examples. Hope this helps. Good luck to you.

If you are burnt out on the 30 min high intense cardio, take it a notch down, do a 20 min at least 5 times a week. The best time to get your metabolism working will be to run early in the morning on a hungry belly, eat a sensible breakfast. Do not skip breakfast it is the most important meal of the day, have fruit in between your breakfast and lunch so that your body is not starving at lunch and so you don't eat to fill yourself up, but eat enough to rid the feeling of hunger. Same thing before dinner, a small healthy snack, the idea here is not to let our body stay hungry for too long or else the metabolism slows down and your body ends up keeping everything you are eating. Give your body enough rest between workout days, weight trainging 3 - 4 times a week is sufficient. Hope this helps good luck

I suggest that you try body cleansing. I tried it and really got lean quickly. I lost 15 pounds in 9 days and also 3 inches off my waist. I do body sculpting so getting leaner was my goal. My sister did this program too and she lost a lot of weight quickly. I did not know too much about cleansing but there are a lot of TV commercials about this stuff. This is a body cleanse and not just a colon cleanse, I wanted my body to get lean quickly and this did the trick! interval training
you should bump up the speed for a couple of minutes at high intensity, then go back down for a minute to your usual speed, and then bump it up again, and then continue alternating...

google the word "fartlek" (I am serious this is what it's called)
this is used by runners to overcome plateaus all the time
