my exboyfriend of 2 years was very very depressed, he was put on antidpressants and now feels like there's this great big world out there..i feel that there is a good chance he is bipolar and was misdiagnosed as just being depressed...my dad is bipolar and he and my ex have very similar personality qualities and i have also heard that when misdiagnosed for depression, upon taking antidepressants it can switch you from depression to you're manic state if you are bipolar... before my ex and i broke up he tried convincing me that i was depressed..when really, i'm not at all..i've seen a physciatrist b/c of a court order from my parents divorce and they have told me i have no mental illnesses and that i am a very happy person..which i am, very much so...why would my ex try to tell me otherwise?

I have researched on it and I have every symptom and my doctor does not help me...i was wondering if any of you have or know someone who has this and can give me some usefull information because it is ruining my life, i can't control my emotions

Is there a medication for this or anything that i can go off of, please help...I am sick of my crying spells and being sick and hungry all of the time

How can I get ahold of myself, since my doctor wont tell me anything other then it is just stress and i need to go and see a counselor

I don't need a counselor because I don't have emotional issues, i am having issues with my body(blood sugar) and that is completly different, I am switching doctors, but until then please give me a second opinion

I have all the symptoms, I just need to know how to control it

When I want to dream about something specifically, I think about it alot right before I go to bed. But I never happen to really dream about it. Is it true that if you think about someting right before you go to sleep, you never actually dream about it? And is there any way to control your dreams, meaning control what you dream about?

I am a 21 year old female with both IBS and Hypothyroidism - I don't feel like the current nausea is related to IBS. Could this be a virus? If so, will it get worse or better from here?

I wake up occasionally with a slight headache and puffiness in the my eyes. I weigh more than usual and can tell my body is retaining fluid. It is not period related. Could it be something I eat the night before?

I love to dream. I love to wake up in the morning still remembering my dreams, beause they can sometimes just be very realistic, and it's really neat how your brain works and dreams when you're asleep, and what you think about unconsiously. But every time I dream, my alarm clock wakes me up in the middle of it in the morning, and I can't "finish" my dream, or dream the rest of it. My brain just goes back to its random thoughts. I'm just curious about the whole cycle of the brain at night, and what triggers your brain to dream things like it does. Can anyone just give me a little info about any of that?

pregnant. You see weight loss products everywhere you go but never anything to gain. I want to gain about 15 pounds but need a inexpensive way to do it.

I am a 34 year old female and I have 3 children. I am not one to get sick often and I don't take medicine unless it is absolutly necesary. I know that I am anemic but lately I have been feeling like I can't get out the bed, I don't sleep at night and when I do, I wake up pouring with sweat. My legs cramp all night and then in the daytime I am sleepy all day. I am exausted all the time. My shoulder has been bothering me too. I just feel like a limp noodle all the time. I cant afford to go to the doctor because I cane afford insurance but I want to know what the hell is wrong with me. I aso have been suffering with headaches.

Hi. I'm 43 and 2 years ago I had 2 surgeries to clip an anerysm in my right frontal brain with no aparent damage. I also have spells of tussive syncopy where I'll cough a bit and pass out but they only knock me out few a few seconds. Well, yesterday I hadn't gotten much sleep the night before, about 2 hours and I worked really hard for two hours doing physical work and got really over heated. Then I cooled off and sat down. When my husband got home I was unconsious and slumped over with my eyes open but rolled back in my head and there was foam coming from my mouth. I woke up in the ambulance and was at the hospital most of the night. They did a C.A.T. scan and ekg and stuff but found nothing. I'm gonna ask my Dr. today for an E.E.G. .What could it have been ? Do I need to get in to the nuerologist ? Is this an emergency ?

...braces = an oral appliance consisting generally of wires or bands, used to correct misalignment of the teeth and jaws by exerting pressure on the teeth and their supporting structures.

I have some teeth that are not straight, on the front part of my lower jaw (or what is called the mandible...). Can they be made to stay in a straight way? There are 2 teeth just in front...

But take in consideration, I'm 23 years old. Can my teeth be made straight, taking into consideration the fact that the mandible is the hardest bone of all the bones of the human body (I heard this thing somewhere, but I forgot where and when, exactly...)...?
