does anyone know of a good online trainer that does individual programs and emails?

Individual programs are tough, simply because, what works for one person, may not neccessarily work for you. The easiest way to lose weight, is to eat healthy (fruits, vegetables, grilled, skinless chicken, or fish etc.) Stay away from drinks full of sugar like fruit drinks or soda. Drink plenty of water and mix in some cardio vascular training, like running, jogging, swimming or biking. By doing all of the above, you should be able to drop 20 lbs in 8 weeks. (Sorry dropping 20lbs will not happen overnight, and won't happen without working for it)

u don't need a trainer - eat less and do exercises minimum 1 hour a day. it can be running, jogging, dancing, anything when your heart rate stays at least 60% max for 1 hour. (220 - your age=max heart rate). do not eat after 6 pm anything. can drink pnly water. i swear u will lose weight little by little - i say in 2-3 months
