I am 5'10" and 170. Im not over weight and I eat well but I have this horrible double chin that forms when I tilt my head down or laugh a sertain way. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get rid of it? I'm getting married this spring and would hate to have my double chin ruin my pictures!

If your a woman 170lbs is overweight for someone who's 5' 10.
Ideal weight for a 5' 10 female is about 145.

Anyway, about the only way to lose a double chin is to lose weight. Since fat deposits are common in the face, abdomen and glutes, it's also the first place you'll lose weight when it starts to come off of your body. People always notice when you gain weight by looking at your face, they also notice when you've lost weight by looking at you face.
I can't think of any other way to rid of that

Did you ever see how a professional boxer strengthens his neck? He puts something soft like a pillow on the floor, then he lays flat stomach-down on the floor. Then he rests his forehead on the pillow and he elevates so that only his forehead and tiptoes are touching the floor.
Try doing this a few times a week. Don't overdue it at first, and also you'll probably get a wicked head rush, but it will work.

Well if you are already fit and are doing a lot of excersise and your chin is still not going them i would recommend doing neck excersises it does work but you have to do them regularly.

yeah loosing weight in general is good, or neck excersises. (roling your head back in forth, circles etc). massages also help break down the fat tissues.
