eat like i do...lol it has gotten me WAY above the 108 mark!
seriously, though... GNC has a weight gain product you can use-- or if you want to do some strength training and add some muscle, it will add weight- muscle weighs twice as much as fat and takes up half the space... just 30 reps a day with 20 lbs can be a great start... and add 5 lbs at a time about every week to increase your muscle.
the last thing you want on your frame is to add fat- you will not look good, adding muscle is very healthy!
when you add muscle, you need to increase your protien intake, my husband eats chicken for this-- baked breasts, legs, and thighs alike... nuts and eggs are also protien... the more available protien your body has, the quicker the muscle will appear with your workouts!
good luck, i have known many ppl with the same problem as you, its even harder to gain weight than to lose it!

Its not really hard to gain good weight, my wife has had this problem too and since i work out i started hooking her up with my protien shake and she has gained a good amount of healthy weight. Try eating more meats or fish but not all greasy stay healthy cause skinny people can have hard attacks due to high cholestrol. Or just try takin a protien shake that also helps.

Work out...there is a way to gain weight in a healthy way and a way to gain it unhealthily
Work out, eat some protein too such as eggs. You could even try protien shakes.
Do NOT eat junk food, drink soda or anything nasty of that nature.

Proteins are required for building muscles, so having high protein food like eggs, milk, peanut butter, protein shakes will help you in gaining weight. Starchy foods contain a lot of carbohydrates. You can find more information at http://www.toloseweight.org/gainweight.html

What kind of weight do you want to gain? Muscle or fat?
It's easy to gain 15lbs of fat. Eat fatty foods, fast foods, donuts, cookies etc.
If you want to gain muscle weight, eat a high calorie, high protein diet. You'll add weight.
