Well in order to see your abs, you need low bodyfat. However, if you have not muscles there, then you won't see what people like to call speed bumps anyways.

You need msucle mass on your abs as well as low bodyfat.

I wouldn't not eat because you'll slow your metabolism down so whn you do decide to eat again, you will gain more weight. Just build up your abs, eat right and you'll be able to see your abs.

This is what I'm doing now and I can start to see my abs for the first time in my life!

Anything that has over 140 calories per serving.
