It is the excess male hormones coming out (or something like that!) Girls get it more often than boys, and it usually happens between 2-8 weeks of age. My oldest 2 had it, it got really bad on my son and he had to have steroid cream.His face was like one big scab, poor mite. Apparently it does not itch or anything (not sure how amyone can know this - they surely haven't asked a newborn!) If you are worried, best thing to do is speak with your health visitor.

They could be "milli" bumps. Are they white and about the size of a large pore on your face ? I think they're a build-up of some sort of plaque or cholesterol or something. Google the world "milli" and find out.

It might be the start of mumps,measles,or chicken pox.I don't know.Consult a doctor immediatly for accurate info.

If they look like little blisters it could be measles

could be prickly heat.did you check the dr mom book? If it is there the next day I would consult your dr.
