Heeey, everytime i ask somebody this question they just tell me to do situps and stuff like that, but they really hurt and after like 3 situps i struggle lol...anyways...i'm not fat or anything, i don't want to diet because i have quite a good figure, it's just my stomach which i think could do with a bit of a tone...without diets and situps lol...anybody got any ideas pleeaaase thankyouu!! xx

Its such a dirty habit, but i cant help but chew the skin around my nails off. my fingers look horrible, red and sore.

any one know why i do this? i dont bite my nails...

any one know how i stop, its like smoking.... i cant just stop! i need to chew!

Hi i have got acne vulgaris. if u dont no what it is its loads of pimples on the forehead. I can't choose what product to use on them. there are loads of products out there. i have started to use clean and clear but it made my spots worse so i stopped using it after 4 days. should i just stick to my cleanser or toner that doesn't really work or keep using the clean and clear or use natural products like tea tree oil. should i use products from the smae range e.g if a use a cleanser i use it from the same range as my toner. i have used tea tree oil blemish control before and it is quite good. please help me! i'm so confused!!!!! do have any other ideas thatm might help me????? thanks!

Where can I obtain temperary filling agent and there kits that can be used by the general public?

This would provide me cover for my cavity while I wait to perminant treatment.
The other dentists that do temporary treatment are saying that I should have got perminant treatment ages ago, and I am trying to do that and am having problems with 'red-tape'.

When this filling wears out, I need to have cover.

My little sister is 5 years old, my parents are in Manchester and im babysitting my brother and sister.
My sister has just came to me saying her right ear feels blocked and she has an ear ache.
I know Olive Oil can help clear a blocked ear, but we dont have any and the corner shops dont do any either, there is also noway I can get into town with these two.
I cant get her down the doctors being as it is sunday, and the hospital wont see her as it "isnt an urgent case"

What could I try?

I am a MT but I have never had a client with excess Lymphodema, i know to massage towards the heart with long strokes and wrapping the legs can be beneficial also...can any other MTs help me with this?

I am currently taking vicodin for pain, it is causing anxiety in me.
I also take Lexapro, Klonopin and Desryl.
I somehow hurt myself, the doc prescribed vicodin and muscle relaxant ON TOP of the other meds. I do not want to take vicodin anymore, and he wants me on celebrex. Is it safe to to combine celebrex while vicodin still in my system?

In the last few weeks when i go outside my eyes get sore. There is nothing wrong with my eyes cos before christmas i got them checked. what do you think it is? I was under pressure for a while in the last week or so. Do you think they could just be tired?

Does anybody know if the lack of masturbation has anything to do with the increased susceptibility to getting the cold or flu? I have realised that when i do not masturbate for a while i get the cold or the flu, and this has happened on quite a few occasions.

When i masturbate i tend to feel better and my cold or flu starts to heal quicker, is there a proven link or is this just coincidential?
