the brown thing on your teeth is tartar, which can be caused by a number of things, coffee smoking tea wine and also if your oral hygiene is poor or the water in your area has a lot of limescale in. Tartar is basically a build up of plaque that hasn't been cleaned properly and has gone hard and the only way u can get rid is by seeing your dentist or if u have 1 your hygienist and they will descale it for you using ultrasonics. After this its recommended that you use a mouth wash and floss to keep you Oral Hyg to the best possible standard which will help t reduce if not clear the tartar from coming back. Regular checkups to your dentist is also recommend to prevent gum problems occurring.

I ain't no dentist, but sound much like tartar caused by coffee, tea, fags and other teeth staining stuff ! A Dental Hygienist can remove it by scaling ( feels so clean afterwards), and maybe more importantly, can advise you on preventing further build up of the nasty stuff. GET SCALED AND KEEP SMILING !!

If it's from smoking or coffee you can try the whitestrips but Im no dentist so maybe asking your dentist is the best idea.

Sounds like tartar - a dentist can scrape it off - it's nothing serious.

Tarter.
See a Dentist.Don't worry it will be scraped off; but you need to take care of your oral hygiene, as dirty mouth leads to more problem like gingivitis, stomatitis, oral candidiasis, and some times it leads to stomach infections also.
Don't neglect your oral hygiene.
GOD BLESS.
