I was told putting lemon juice in your water can eat up the body fat. but being so busy with my school workload i never have time for the gym. what else i can do to eat up the fat besides a balance diet. Also do eating grapefruit help?

hi been having diarrhea for weeks now maybe once a week or if i ate alot i will have diarrhea the next day. I had a heavy meal yesterday and i had a backache and then diarrhea the next day i am still having the backache while typing this.The pain is all around my stomach.I am not to sure whether this could be gastritis be i wake up and diff times when i am in school i wake up earlier but when it a holiday i normall wake up in the afternoon.What could this be thanks

I have a mole the size of a penny on my cheek and it is very bothering, not only because of how it looks but when i shave it burns. I have some questions like is this big mole going to leave a big scar. Should i go to a dermatologist or a plastic sergeon, also i don't have insurance so how much will it cost.

I am currently seeing a girl who hasn't had a period for 3 years. She is 27 years old and is in great shape and seems very healthy, though doesn't do much excercise. On advice of her doctor she took the contraceptive pill for a while, and her period returned, but then she stopped taking it, and it stopped again. I don't know much about this kind of thing, but it seems really odd to me. And now I'm really concerned as we had a condom break and I want her to take the morning after pill, but I don't know if this will make matters more complicated. If she has no menstrual cycle, does this mean she can't get pregnant anyway? Unfortunately we are in a coutry and place where seeing a Dr (in time) is not an option.

I have big trouble with sex. My husband was my first partner. I'm attracted to him, but I hate sex. It hurts... and I usually get so tense that I start crying and ruin the whole thing. My gynocologist has been no help. I keep getting really generic suggestions and nothing is working. It's been this way for 2 years and I feel terrible about it. Oh. I also have no health insurance.

for the last couple days Ive had a pain in my stomache. after i eat my stomache feels really tight and i end up siiting on the toilet for 20 minutes. its really embarrasing especially in school if i have to ask to go to the bathroom 2 or 3 times in one class. sometimes the tightness just passes but other times i really need to go to the bathroom. has anyone had thsi before??
