Nothing will happen to you.
If you haven't gotten sick by now, then your jar of Peter Pan Peanut Butter you bought is not contaminated.
I just threw an almost full jar away yesterday, that's what we get for grocery shopping at Walmart.......lol
You can send the lid back to the manufacture for a refund, I posted the ConAgra link below.
Or maybe the strawberry preserves I put on my P&J samwichs killed the salmonella......just joking

Unless you have eaten it recently I would not worry. Also the 2111 represents the factory where it was made and chances are that if it was from a long time ago, the problem wasn't there then. Also the side effects would be present shortly after eating the product. We had the 2111 PB and my kids had ate it the same day we heard about the recall. Neither of them have shown any signs i.e. diarreha, vomitting, cramping etc. You're probably okay. If you start to get concerned call your Dr.

Ok, here's the deal...
Individuals who have recently eaten Peter Pan and Great Value brand peanut butter beginning with product code 2111 and have experienced any of these symptoms should contact their doctor or health care provider immediately. Any such illnesses should be reported to state or local health authorities.
Symptoms
of foodborne illness caused by Salmonella (the Peanut Butter) include fever, diarrhea and abdominal cramps.
If you haven't had any of these symptoms, you're probably ok...especially if it's been "a long time ago".
If you have any of this Peter Pan or Great Value brand peanut butter in your home that has been purchased since May 2006, you should discard it.

Can't really tell ya what'll happen. Most likely nothing.
Just GET RID OF THE PEANUT BUTTER NOW.
There's a reason why it's being recalled.

Peanut butter lasts for quite a while. If it doesn't smell bad or taste bad, it should be ok to eat. If you still don't feel comfortable eating it, then toss it.
