Pain is a warning, do not ignore it. See your Family doctor. This could be sign of an ulcer. And ulcers if ignored, can perforate, this allows the contents of the stomach to empty into the abdominal cavity, causing peritonitis. A life threatening condition.
The backache is from the Vegus nerve, an ulcer always hurts in the back because the Vegus nerve connects from the spine to the stomach. Please see your doctor.

Depends on how bad the pain is. I have had the same thing recently, and I'm also 30 weeks. I don't know if yours is the same, but mine feels like indigestion, almost like you've got to poo, and I've been going more than usual also. I asked my doctor, and she said it can happen because the baby causes everything to be squished and it can make your stomach hurt from the acid and make you constipated, yet still have to go all the time. Strange. I'd check with your doctor, though, just to make sure.

Something you ate most likely. If it was old, had a bacteria, virus, or you are allergic to it it could make you sick. If every time you eat that specific thing it causes problems, don't eat it. Just in case...see a doc and drink lots of water.

If you are able to buy "Heinz" brand apple cider vinegar, do it! And mix two tablespoons o it in a glass of water three times per day until your symtems disappear, or, (if you can handle it), take a shot or two straight three times a day until symptoms disappear. It'll kill any virus, worms or flukes in a heart beat... naturally!! -Guaranteed!!!
(For me... it only takes one straight shot of it and, in about 30 minutes, I get the runs, and it's all over... gone!).
Sounds funny, but it works - every time!
