Its on my forehead and that side of my ear is ringing too... hmm... see this is why cleaning is bad for you. Just kidding! Ha ha :-)

Put ice on your knot and take some pain reliever for the night. Should be gone in about a week. If your ear keeps ringing beyond a few days then go to the doctor.

Put something cold on it like ice and take something for the pain like Advil or Tylenol.

Put ice on it as often as possible during the day, and take ibuprofen. Both will reduce the swelling.
