Not the amount you ejaculate but the amount of sperm you produce

Just be honest and tell her when the time is right. Then, she won't discover it and there won't be any embarrassing situation. As long as all of your plumbing still works I don't' see where most women would have a problem with that. Just look at Lance Armstrong and Sheryl Crow.

No. The main volume of the semen does not come from the testicles. They actually only provide about 2-5% of the volume.

nope the body will compensate for the loss and in some cases even increase the amount
