Not yet. Some scientists are working on methods to increase the life expectancy. These scientists believe, in fact, that it would be theoretically possible to extend human life to as much as 1,000 years. They claim that people under 40 today will see life expectancies of 150 or so. I'll believe it when I see it.
BTW, although telomere lengths have been associated with aging at the cellular level, it is unclear how that translates to longevity of the organism as a whole. Also, some cells (cancer) do not have shortening telomeres.

It is believed that the maximum age a human can attain is around 130. This is due to sections of DNA at the end of chromosomes called telomeres. With each replication the telomeres get shorter. After 130 years they are gone and the actual genes start getting deleted, causing us to tie, However, everyone dies of other things before this can happen.
