I know I should drink water, and that it is healthy to do so, but I never drink it. In all actuality, I hate water. I hate the taste, and it mostly makes me feel really sick after I drink it oddly enough, sometimes even prolonged for a few hours. I just don't like it. Besides from that, I consider myself a healthy person. I work out 2-3 times a week, I sweat normally, I tend to avoid fast foods, and other unhealthy food or drinks. I consider myself in fair shape, with a fairly good diet. I do drink a lot of juices, mainly being apple because I love it.
But as much as I try to get used to water I hate it. I dislike the taste and it makes me feel sick. Are there other ways I can stay hydrated without drinking water? Any explanation on why I feel sick after I drink water? Or perhaps why I've had no problems with never drinking water?
I probably have a bottle of water, about once ever 2 months, give or take.
Thanks
