yes, you can, but some stds can be passed the baby or if left untreated can scar you so much that it is hard to conceive

Yes. An STD won't keep you from getting pregnant until it's so bad it causes internal damage and becomes life threatening. Then if you live, you could have scarring internally and have trouble getting pregnant. Time to see a doctor.
