The SUPER easiest ways that I know of to increase your fiber intake in order of ease are:
1. Take a fiber supplement like Fibercon, Metamucil or Citrucel
2. Eat a bowl of bran cereal every morning (if you shop at Trader Joes, there are other, even higher fiber cereals -- look into the Kashi brand.
3. Increase your intake of fruits and vegetables. it doesn't take tons -- a few pieces of whole fruit and fresh veggies a day.
4. Replace white or light wheat breads with low carb tortillas and whole grain breads. Low carb foods add fiber, so they are incredibly high in fiber and low in calories. Read the labels and you will see how easy this is.

The fiber is not just the problem it is the digestion it's self. Take this it's the best, New Chapter, All-Flora this can come in powder or pill and can be added to anything but the best is on an empty stomach. It has fiber and is the best.

There are some granola/snack/cereal bar type things that have like 30 percent of your daily fiber requirements. Look for those. Then my other suggestion would be to eat one large salad a day, with darker greens, and maybe 1-3 servings of fruits. I like to make smoothies. I get frozen berries and put them in the blender with some skim milk.. and voila! Add a little splenda and yum!

Crushed or ground flaxseed. Sprinkle a tablespoon or two in a milkshake or smoothie, in yoghurt, in cereal, on a salad, etc.

As an added bonus, flaxseed is also rich in nutrients: protein, vitamin E, etc.
