I hate to tell u this, but no they don't work, I know this from personal experience. Relacore works good if you want to be happy about being overweight, I called it my happy pill, cause I would never get mad! Weird, I know, but true. Me and 3 other friends have tried the following ones and prolly more, but these are the ones I member.

Farenheit (prolly misspelled) nothing...no nada...no extra energy

Relacore - Felt real happy all the time - lil more energy- unless it just made u think u had energy

Xenadrine - Thought it worked good- lost some weight...but gained it back the minute we stopped walking (winter-small town no gym- )

Phentramine - no hunger for sure, some energy, but no weight loss

Metabolife - nothing

Hoodia - sure not very hungry with it, but no weight loss

STackers - took alot of pills but nada - not even a pound

Hydroxycut- maybe a couple of pounds

Slim Quick - slimmer wallet only (you would think I would have figured something else out sooner!

Lipovarin - no hunger with it, but again no weight loss

CortiSlim - Energy but that was all

You have to understand, that I don't eat alot, no health problems, no thyroid problem, no more birth control, gained all my weight with the depo shot, and i walk and excersice, I am not lazy and looking for a easy way out. But I did want the added help to have a better chance at losing the weight. The only thing that got slimmer was my checkbook, I prolly lost maybe 10 pounds with ALL of them combined. I tried alot of the cheaper ones, like trimspa, and dexatrim and nothing either. This is what has worked for me the Sacred Heart Diet, I just couldn't handle all the soup, will work great for u if u like soup, i can't stand any kind of soup. But I did lose 14 pounds with it. I am also using the recently purchased Ultimate 2 Bowflex, The most expensive, but well I have used it for about 3 weeks and lost about 10 pounds, but I am also doing the special k thing. I wish I would tell you they worked, but the commercials make the hard to resist and ppl will try them and buy them ( I am using The Burn Pills for Women) I know, I should know better, but what can I say, I hate infommericals...they make it look so easy, I have to try :)
Good luck with everything ! Hope this helps..

There is no magic weight-loss pill, supplement, fad diet, or juice. The ONLY way to lose weight is to consume less calories than you burn. Brad Pitt didn’t get cut for Fight Club by drinking green tea, and you won’t either.

Walk for 30 minutes every day, including weekends, Mondays, and Fridays. Do at least 30 minutes of weight training each week. Do 60 minutes of additional, higher intensity cardio each week.

Cut back on the foods you eat with high fat and high sugar content. Eat only single servings (read the label) with less than 3 grams trans fat and 3 grams sugars. Throw out all of your ice cream, chips, cookies, cheese, fried foods, bacon, and candy.

Eat breakfast, and eat five small meals per day instead of three big meals. Don’t starve yourself during the day, but if you don't wake up famished, then you ate too much the day before. Stop eating at least two hours before you go to bed.

Get 6 to 8 hours of sleep every night. Turn off the TV and the computer. Sleep is vitally important.

Don't consume alcohol—alcohol is nothing more than empty calories with no nutritional value. Some people will argue that alcohol has some health benefits when consumed in moderation—I’m not debating that—but we’re talking about weight loss here. Lay off the booze if you want to lose the fat.

Drink lots of water, then drink more. Not tea, not Gatorade, not milk. Water. If your urine isn’t almost clear, you need to drink more water.

Generally, such claims as a fat burning pill range from thin science to downright fraud. Save your money.

Sorry, diet and exercise are the only proven ways to lose weight, despite all the attractive ads, commercials and infomercials to the contrary.

You don't need a pill to burn fat, all you need to do is change they way you eat, and what you eat and your body will trim itself. If you are careful to check labels, and control yourself from eating things you know you shouldn't (like sugars), you will be on the fast track to slimming down. I'm not saying you should count calories or carbs- that never works. Counting things makes you feel like you restrict yourself, and after feeling down about not being able to eat things that you want, you end up binging on them down the road.
I lost 15 pounds from just cutting back on things that I knew weren't good for me and eating more of what I know I should eat. Eat cake less. Make sure you are cooking with a good oil like olive oil. It's better than conola. Eat more fuits and veggies. These will all help your bodily "engine" run properly to perform its funtions to the smoothest! And don't run away from eating fats! Certain fats are good for you and are very important to the maintenence of your body. Fats fuel the body and help absorb some vitamins. They also are the building blocks of hormones and they insulate nervous system tissue in the body.
So fat is not the enemy, but you'll want to choose the right amount - and the right kind - of fat. Limit trans fats, and saturated fats. Lots of great fats come from protein-rich meats, nuts, and heart-healthy oils.

People who plan their weekly meals are usually successful at losing weight than individuals who don’t. Plan your dishes to incorporate healthy carbs such as nice potato and wholegrain pasta, vegetables and lean proteins, buy every one of the ingredients in advance and don’t be tempted to nibble on out or order in.

Suck the item in. Consciously hold in and contract your stomach muscles while you’re walking, sitting your desk or making the an evening meal. This will help to strengthen your abdominal muscles and your core, and create for you one step closer to some sort of flatter stomach.

I just love the way men answer these kind of questions. I like an herbal supplement with gin sing.It also curbs your appetite. Grapefruit is a natural fat burner also.
