The so called perfect blood pressure is 120/80, but anywhere from 100-140/60-90 is a good blood pressure and not something that you need to worry about or have medication for. It also depends somewhat on your age, since most people will have a slight increase in their blood pressure as they age due to the build up of some plaque on the vessel walls. The blood pressure you have listed here would be considered perfectly normal.

A pulse of 68 per minute is very healthy for a female of twenty-one. You can get palpitations from low blood pressure and/or anaemia, where you are aware of how fast your heart is beating, and this can be accompanied by fainting and dizziness. But palpitations can also be brought on by anxiety, which is what you seem to have over your health. The best way to put your mind at ease would be to arrange a visit to the doctor to check your blood pressure. Some chemists even offer this service.

a "normal" blood pressure is below 120/80. Anything above this is considered high IF it is persistant, that is, your are monitoring your blood pressure on a regular basis and it is persistantly higher than this reading. A high blood pressure increases your risk of heart disease and stroke. Smoking can raise your blood pressure, but so can a number of factors, so a consistantly elevated blood pressure should be evaluated by your doctor.
