Your BMI is 24.6 which is within the normal weight range, so clinically you aren't "overweight".

It's concerning that you hardly eat anything though. If you're aiming to lose weight, eating less isn't going to help, it'll put your body into starvation mode, causing it to slow your metabolism and hold on to as much fat as possible. Eat 5 smaller meals a day, drink lots of water, don't eat within 2 hours before going to bed, and continue exercising, and your weight should stabilise.

When I was 14, I was about the same size. I was really worried about my weight too, but my mom wouldn't let me diet. I was upset, but over the next year the weight literally melted off until I was down to like a size 4 without me doing anything. Sometimes girls just pack on a little weight during puberty. It is a natural process, your body is getting used to a lot of changes right now. Unless you are seriously over-eating or not moving at all, don't sweat a little extra weight right now. You are probably still growing and your body will regulate it's weight on it's own.

Plus, you probably have killer curves that other girls your age would kill for. The grass is always greener...

What do you mean by 'you hardly ever eat'? Because if you eat too little, that amounts to starvation.

I don't think you are fat, but you should watch your weight doesn't creep up any higher, as you are close to becoming overweight.

HTH : )

It depends on your bone structure and body composition, if you are "fat" or not. Since you asked the question, you seem to think you might be overweight. If you are, the fact that you do not eat is probably your problem. When you don't eat or don't enough, your metabolism shuts down. Making it harder to lose weight.

At age 14 you shouldn't really be worrying about being fat. You should be more focused on your education and stop thinking about your appearance.. Seems like the beginning a bulimic child... Talk to your parents.

Being female, its rough....I know. But, you are young, still growing and need to just try to make healthy eating choices. Along with your exercise that you say you are doing, just make sure to eat healthy. How often you eat/don't eat isn't as important as what you are putting into your body. Try to stick to veggies, fruits, whole grains, low fat dairy, lean meats. Your goal should be overall health, not one specific image that you want to attain.

You are at a health weight range so i wouldnt try to lose any weight. If you are not happy with your looks you might try weight training to build up your muscle mass. perhaps some definition in your figure might help you feel better about it.. But no not at all are you fat.
