the radiation is not harmful. it stimulates blood circulation. good blood circulation improves ur metabolism hance can reduce weight faster. u will feel warm comfortable sensation during the infra red treatment

According to my chiropractor who does a lot of research it is possible that they also help the body kill off some of the harmful bacteria in our systems.
