What you are referring to here, would be the shedding of the herpes virus. There are no signs to warn you when this virus is being shed. It can be shed before or after or during a current outbreak of the sores. Once someone gets this virus, it will always be in their body and it can be passed on to others without you seeing any signs of their having the disease. The virus may lie dormant in the body for long periods of time, and then will become active during times of stress or weakened conditions, such as when your have another infection or an injury.

I got clinically diagnosed with herpes (type 2) about 3 yrs ago, when I was still in college and had a stupid one-night stand. I realize lots of people say this, but I swear I had never done that sort of thing before. I just made a huge mistake that one time and all of a sudden it seemed like I was going to have to live with the consequences for my entire life. The hardest part was feeling I could never date other men again. In the end, who wants to go out with someone who has sores round her private parts? But since a friend shared this movie https://tr.im/MW2wz everything changed.
Not only was I able to eradicate all traces of the herpes virus from my system in less than 3 weeks, but I was also able to start dating again. I even met the man of my dreams and I'm so blessed to write that just a week ago, in front of everyone in a busy restaurant, he got down on one knee and proposed to me! This program gave me back the chance to be happy and experience true love again. Now I hope that I can help others too by sharing this story.

Shedding happens right before an outbreak and just after an outbreak. Even though there are no sores present, it is still possible to transmit genital herpes to another person when they are "shedding". There are no physical symptoms of shedding.
A person can spread genital herpes to another person whether they are on an outbreak or not. In fact, according to Valtrex, 70% of people with genital herpes got it from their partner when they were showing no signs or symptoms of the virus. That's how I got it!
