I think its better for nature to take its own course rather than to manuver it by technology. One who has come is suppose to go back and let others occupy your place. and why u find this world as so fascinating that u want to live for ever.

No. What would happen if the cure to my illness was found, say, 50 years later? Half my family would be dead my then and goodness knows how the world would have changed by then. I wouldn't want to live in a world that is alien to me in most aspects.

Secondly, if such a technology is developed then lacs of people, suffering from incurable diseases like cancer and AIDS, would choose to be "frozen". And when, if ever, the cure would be found, the population would rise suddenly, as all these patients would "wake up". The effect of this on the natural resources and economy would be disastrous.

So, to conclude, I don't think such a technology would help humanity and I wouldn't use it even if it was available.

No body till now has been born, who is so important that his loss will be felt always.
Besides,it is a well known fact that nature can sustain a young body much more economically than an old one.
Also, for a cure to be successful is a matter of many, ifs and buts.

No, I think that I would rather let my family have the peace of knowing that I had gone on to a better place. Besides, who knows what would happen to you? What if another Katrina would strike, there would be no electricity and you would thaw? Your body would just be tossed away with a bunch of other bodies and your family may never find again.
