SHOULD I just lay in my bed unconcience?

Part of it may be circulation but if it is muscles ... Muscles can have knots (trigger points) that make them tight which in turn put pressure on nerves and other things.
Molasses - a couple of swigs or Bananas 1 or 2 - both contain magnesium and potassium for muscles.
Try working with the principles taught in The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies.
I use a chiropractor and massage therapist with it.

I read somewhere a while ago, when you foot falls asleep or arm or whatever, the best thing to do is move your head side to side trying to touch your ear to your shoulder this will get the blood moving
