Yes, but it's probably just water weight. I'm usually a few pounds lighter in the morning than at night because of the water lost.

As far as fat goes, a pound of fat in the human body=3500 calories.

The average person burns I think 1500-2000 calories a day. So if you ate something like 5000 calories a day without exercise I suppose you could probably gain a pound of fat a day.

how much weight are you talking about? for wemon, it's normal to fluctuate up to 3-5 pounds a day! crazy, i know! or if you have been dieting for a while, its always really easy to gain that weight back- yes, much of it can be in a day. its not even all based on calories consumed. you have to eat a certain amount of calories to gain one pound (According to most dietritions) but BULL $h*t!! YES you can gain weight in a day regardless of what you eat...

yep sure is...depends on how much u ate...but the weight will subside by the next day b/c of digestion and bowl movements.

well if you check your weight youll notice one lb difference or so because of taking in food. To see your real weight check it straight in the morning before you eat breakfast.
