A balanced diet is the answer that you don't want to hear. Weight Watchers can really help you with this. They give you all sorts of planning ideas so all you have to do is shop. They also sell books, so if you eat out a lot, they have healthier choices with all the point values. The downside is that you have to go to meetings once a week and weigh in, so with your busy schedule, this may not be for you. Another plan would be LA Weightloss. Similar to Weight Watchers and a little more expensive. There is no one food that will help you loose weight quickly. If you eat a lot of fruits and veggies, lay off the junk food, and walk to your classes instead of driving, you can lose weight.

I have read that typically 80% of weight loss is dependent on what you eat, 20% exercise. Personally I think they are both important but eating less is going to get the most results. I know a lot of hospital diets for overweight patients often include grapefruit. Watch out for some grapefruit juices that contain extra sugar and calories. You might consider reading a school book while on a treadmill if you have access to one. Good Luck.

I know people who have lost weight by eating right without exercising. Portion control and cutting out bad foods is the main thing.
