Try something that takes the stress off of your neck and low back.. an Ab lounge might be good.. 16 weeks is actually better than most questions here.. I see some who want to lose in 1 week.. So unrealistic.. Cut some sugary carbs.. Eat smaller meals and cut out soft drinks of any kind.. Drink water, small amounts of fruit juice(prefer fresh fruit), skim milk. Your abs will show more if you cut the empty carbs..

Do alot to twists & stretching exercises.....bending over sideways from the waist etc. If you have weights in your hands they will work even better.

I can't do sit ups either so.... lay flat on your back, draw your legs bent at the knee up to your stomach, raise them straight in the air then slowly drop them to the floor (without touching the floor). Repeat as many times as you can. Make sure you are breathing in when you are drawing your knees up and out when you are letting your legs drop to the floor. Breathing is as important as the exercise.

Another one is laying on a bench (or coffee table). Hold onto the sides with your bum just on the edge of the table. Pull your legs bent quickly up to your stomach then straighten them out slowly - repeat as many times as you can breathing the same as above.

These two exercises have made a tremendous difference on my abs and the twisting stretching on my waist.

best way is sports as what everyone says man, but the thing is you cant complain, if you wnat to achieve something you have to sacrifice man! so if you dont want to seat up do some other sports which you can enjoy. most of sports use waste so if you play that sports constant you can get thinner man.. i dont know about 16 weeks but try your best!!!

Let's see, you're not overweight and you have a good figure, but your waist isn't small enough and exercise hurts.

Why would you care if garbage is thin? I would work on your waist instead.
