I'm just curious why nobody knows how to spell the word LOSE!
Anyway, eating foods high in protein is contradicting what you're trying to accomplish. Foods high in protein help you build muscle mass and gain weight.

You have to mix up your exercise regimen a LOT more. Jumping rope, alone isn't going to make you lose weight. You'll need to do some running, biking or swimming on top of jumping rope. Also you'll need a low calorie, low fat diet if you want to lose weight.
Excluding the egg salad and tuna (because I detest fish) I eat almost the same things as you and I'm putting on weight.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

You do need to eat before you work out. Your body needs the whole grain carbs to supply them with energy. When you wake up, try eating a whole wheat muffin or something, waiting a while for it to get into your blood, then work out. Also, you might not be able to tell in your looks after two weeks, but one morning you're going to wake up and find that yourself a lot smaller than when you went to bed, thats what usually happens to me at least. The body is weird like that.

Also, you are trying to "lose" weight, not "loose."

in case you're in no rush, and you do no longer relish working strolling will do the trick. working in trouble-free terms burns approximately 70 energy a mile, and strolling burns much less yet you get the comparable muscle paintings out. i'd say walk a mile and a a million/2 popular or run a mile popular and you will def see outcomes interior a pair months. as a strategies via fact the meals plan is worried, no longer in trouble-free terms do you opt for fiber, yet you opt for quite some different supplementations. now and back eating too lots fiber can depart you constipated, extremely than relieved, or perhaps then you definately're in trouble-free terms loosing water weight. i'd cut back your self to 1000 energy on a daily basis mutually as nonetheless eating wholesome, then you definately will def see outcomes. sturdy success desire this helped!!

sometimes when dieting, your body reaches a plateau-- to correct this, you must INCREASE the amount of calories by about 50 to 100 calories more per day than you normally take in. your body tends to go into a "starvation mode" where it RETAINS fat rather than burning it if you do not take in enough calories- this is a kickback to our days of hunting/gathering when food wasn't nearly as plentiful as it is now. by increasing your caloric intake by just 100 calories, you trick your body into increasing the metabolism again, and getting the fat to burn again.

also, jumping rope may not be helping, try walking at a fast pace to change things up a bit. and some windmills (yea, the ones you did in PE at school) will help you loose those love handles (holding 3 or 5 lb weights in your hands while doing these will kick it up a notch, too)

as for your working out first thing in the morning, this is a myth. the only reason ppl suggest that is because your body should get energized by exercise, thus making evening workouts counteractive. (makes it hard to go to sleep) you can workout ANYTIME... if you want to do it first thing in the morning, drink a glass of juice when you get up and work out about 15 minutes later, this should give you the necessary energy.

speaking of drinking, are you drinking your water? not enough water can be a HUGE issue when trying to lose weight- it helps to clense your system of the bad things and helps your body to absorb the bood nutrients we need. most of the time a lack of energy is caused by not enough water intake. drink a full gallon of water a day for the best results!

good luck- susan

You might need to add a little bit of healthy fat into your diet also. It will help with energy and help you burn more. An example of healthy fats are natural peanut butter, dry roasted almond (without salt) flaxseed oil, fish oil, any fish is great for this too. For more tips and support come visit us at .....

Who told you to work out before you eat? Any physical trainer will tell you that's a no-no. You need to have energy to burn, so you WON'T faint.

and, it's l o s e.
Why can no one spell 'lose' correctly here?
