i fell on ice hit my toe how do i get swelling down?

Get ice on it ASAP. I know a lot about falling. I tripped over my cat and hit my elbows and knees. Four inches father and I would have taken out an eye on the corner of the bookcase. I had to laugh because it was funny.

Did you dislocate it? I used to do it to my little piggy frequently when trying to sneak back in the house barefooted. That darn fireplace slab.
