that depends on a variety of factor,if its whole fat then you need to control the portion size but you can still work it in your diet program.Paneer is fairly low in fat and high in protein,cottage cheese is also a good source of protein.It would be best to seek out low fat sources of these products.If you are allergic to dairy then it can make you retain weight as it will not be utilized efficiently.

dont eat alot of it. just with salad or something similar. all in moderation. read tips on weight loss and exercise programs to help you better on this site
