I am a 34 year old female and I have 3 children. I am not one to get sick often and I don't take medicine unless it is absolutly necesary. I know that I am anemic but lately I have been feeling like I can't get out the bed, I don't sleep at night and when I do, I wake up pouring with sweat. My legs cramp all night and then in the daytime I am sleepy all day. I am exausted all the time. My shoulder has been bothering me too. I just feel like a limp noodle all the time. I cant afford to go to the doctor because I cane afford insurance but I want to know what the hell is wrong with me. I aso have been suffering with headaches.

These symptoms all sound like they are from the anemia. It can be very serious. You need iron. Can you afford to buy some iron tablets? They must be the right kind. You need Ferrous Succinate, not any other kind or you're wasting your time. I use Olympian Labs. You can order it from the internet at olympianlabs.com. I think it's not more than $15 a bottle. You need to start w/2 a day. Don't ignore this. It can get worse & you can get very, very sick, even cause permanent damage to your body. Good luck.

All of these can be untreated anemia.
The night sweats can be perimenopause, zoloft or having a room that gets too hot. The cramps are almost definately dehydration from the sweating.

Look and see if you can find a clinic that operates on a sliding scale. You may be able to get a prescription for amytriptaline, a tricyclic antidepressant used to treat chronic fatigue and migraines, too.

It runs about $5 a month without insurance, as it is a generic and cheap to make.
