First she thought it was pink eye, so she gave me an antibiotic, when that failed she gave me Lotemax ( a steriod) and drops for eye dryness, they got better temporarily but the redness returned. Then she prescribed Patanol, an allergy eye drop which made them really worse so I only used that once. Anyone else know what I should do?

It started 2 days ago. The muscle on the backside of my thigh area (sorry, I don't know what muscle it is called) is very tight. I don't know why? Well, I have stopped exercising for about 2 months now when before I was running every other day. Is it because I've been sitting a lot...I'm scared if this is what it feels like to have a clot? What is this? Or, maybe it's just muscle tightness. It doesn't hurt but it just feels like my muscle is cramped up in a semi-tight ball?

whenever i have my arms bent, and then straighten them out, my elbows pop.
it causes no pain, but every once in a while it gets kinda uncomfortable for that split second.

Hey guys a week ago or two i just washed my face i didnt wash it with warm water to open up the pores then clean them and then with cold water to close them...i just started doing that and it seems as if i have more blackheads...its like their coming to the surface....um is it suppost to be like this?

I'm fifteen, weigh 128 lbs(58kg) with the height of 5"5' (165cm) and I'm a female. I was going on a diet on my own for a while. For the past month I've been cutting on junk food. Since last week I've got serious about it and did at least an hour of exercise a day and ate 1000-1200 calories. Just yesterday I over ate (about 2500 cals) and I feel really horrible, I don't know what to do. I lost all my motivation and too scared to go on the scales again..I need advice on losing weight..

I've always had a hard time standing straight, and I noticed I jut my neck out a bit. But it feels very forced when I try to correct it or keep my neck straight, to the point that it kind of hurts. When I'm conciously keeping my shoulders back, it feels weird when I try to put my arms out (like, to wash my hands, etc.) Any ideas on this? Thanks.
