I have a client who has scoliosis. Unfortunately there isnt much she can do other than exercise to help improve her posture. As she suffers with back and hip pain I tend to give her regular aromatherapy massages which do help her. You could try booking yourself in with a chiropractor or osteopath at your local natural health centre?

You can exercise the muscles that can pull on the bones to make them stronger.
There is surgery that can correct it.
Exercising is the best you can do on your own.

I know a 22 year old guy who has this, and he was told that if he lifted weights, it would help his back. Talk to your doctor about what would work best for you. <*)))><
