Jolie I feel for you. I am probably not going to tell you anything you don't know. Here are some things that might help.

1. Put ice on your ankle and heel for 25 minutes at a time 3 times a day.
2. Sit on the floor and place your leg out straight, reach forward and grab the toes on your feet and slowly pull your toes back toward you - this will help stretch the calf, ankle and heel which can bring some relief.
3. You need to strengthen the ankle and heel muscle. There are several excercises that can be found on the internet that will give you pictures of how and what to do.

Have you noticed any change in your skin color or had any swelling? If so you need to see your doctor.

Flexibility and strength are what will resolve this issue. Keep those tendons and achilles loose and work them through proper exercises.

I don't know your individual case but there are usually no long term effects of this condition and with proper rehab can be fixed in a couple of months.

Severs disease for two years is extremely unusual. Get a second opinion.
