Aw poor you, that ain't fun....apparently Evening Primrose Oil supplements can help. It's worth a go. Also Vitamin B6 supplements.
If that doesn't work you could see your Doc, but it might help if your Doc is female.

I'm with smee-1972. And I know what you go through, I am the same. But from experience, I can tell you that Evening Primrose Oil capsules and Vitamin B complex supplements help considerably - I went from being fully fledged homocidal to just moderately psychotic. I'm sure all the men out there think I'm exaggerating, but you know I'm not, right?
Mind yourself.
Oh, and peppermint tea also helps.

find a danish-english dictionary and look up "kæmpenatlysolie".
It is in pill-form for PMS
It is an extract from a plant that also is used for facial creme etc. I have no idea what it is called in english.. maybe evening primrose oil as somebody mentioned?
Good luck. Anyway, needless to say, exercise always helps prevent all kinds of health problems because it makes your body more resistant.

I tried all that herbal stuff to no avail. In the end the doc prescribed prozac. It is brilliant to stabilize your hormones and those mood swings. Also puts a smile back on your face. I highly recommend it.

i do to and after many years of trial and errors i have found the best thing that has worked is 40-50 mg of vitiamin b6 taken everyday . i also swapped my caffeine based fizzy drinks for fizzy water- and started cycling to work everyday. i can honestly say apart from the jaw line spots i now no longer want to kill myself or anyone else and have those monthly body dysmorphia moments.

I take Agnus Castus, available from Holland and Barrat. They are marvelous. I've been taking them for about ten years. Also if you get sweaty Sage leaf tablets work wonderfully too. I also drink raspberry leaf tea. That gets rid of cramps.
Hope you fin something that works for you
