i usually go to bed at 7 a.m and wake up around 3 p.m . It's not good. I want to wake up around 8 a.m what should i do?

Read the article below for tips. You sound a lot like my mom, also hard on those who use to have 3rd shift jobs. I would also not rely on Sleep aids other than Melotonin something your body makes naturally as you can cause bad sleep habits with those. Have patience, try journaling also if it's a Mind Spinning problem. Just remember sleeping is the only way your body can truly repair & recharge so find a way that works right for you.

stay up all day, wake up early anything to go to bed at a decent time other than 7am

stay awake for 24 hours then pick your bedtime.
