13?!?! girl, you need to grow! don't worry about losing the weight. at 13 you should be getting all the food you can get. HEALTHY food. ALL you have to do is cut back on the sodas, and the cakes and crap and play hard. AHHA. that sounded wrong. but you know what i mean.

You are 13yrs old? well if so honey you need to worry about something else. You have the next 80yrs to worry about your weight. Your body will do so much changing over the next 10yrs and will take a whole new shape. Aslo losing weight on a quick fix is a bad idea it usually comes back plus a few extra pounds. The best thing to do is eat healthy but dont obsess about it. Eat fruit and vegges. Try an avoid fried foods and sugar also stop drinking soda its loaded with sugar which turns to fat. You should talk to your parents about this maybe they can eat healthy with you which makes it easier to stay on track. Good luck
ps- enjoy being young dont waste it by worrying about weight.

There are 3 ways to lose weight:
- Good Dieting: Creating and changing your eating habits to healthy food, and finding good exercises that you like to do, plus weightlifting (in this case you're far too young to weightlift). AND stick to your new habits. And you need to lose weight slowly, because for one, if you lose weight fast, your body will have extra skin, or worse will gain back the weight; number two, you have to let your mind get used to your new appearance, if you lose weight too quick, your mental image of YOU will remain as the overweight one, thus, making your mind and body try to reset to this image. - Fad Dieting: Never... EVER...WORKS. As I said before, you lose weight too fast, and you'll gain it back the same, fast!.
- Surgery: Same principle as the fad diet. But here's a trick, if you a good amount of weight by the Good Diet, you may be able to remove the remaining weight by surgery and be risk-free. (Other than the mortifying risks of having surgery.)

EVERYONE would absolutely love to lose weight without changing their habits. Its really not a possibility. There are other benefits to exercising and eating right, though. More energy, confidence, and I got a self esteem boost.
Find some sort of activity you enjoy (a sport, taking a walk, yoga, etc). If you enjoy it, it wont feel like a chore.

Option Two (2) Do not put it in your mouth and your body mass will go down to bone!

Exercise is the only way to lose weight and build muscle mass which helps burn fat faster and more efficiently. Cut out junk food, skip Mc.D's and B. K, and pizza (yes we love them all) these foods are bad for your health. Can you eat them once a month or so, sure, but remember, you are not looking for ways to cheat, you are looking to become healthier.

Well you can always risk your life by popping pills and throwing up all day.
Come on! I bet your just fine the way you are. If you really want the weight off and have fun with it try joining a sport.
