Could simply be that you have eaten something that doesn't agree with you and it's working its way through your system. If pain is constant, or accompanied by upset stomach, muscle weakness, fever, or any of those other symptoms, go see your doctor.

Alright, I have some questions for you:
1.)Are these cramps located in the same area as when you are on your period?
2.) When was your last period? If you period was 2 weeks ago, you could be having ovulation pain, although ovulation pain is usually only crampy on one side.
3.) Are you sexually active? If so, do you use protection? If you are sexually active and you do not use protection or have went even one time without using protection, you could have an STD.

Well, if they feel like mentrual cramps, you could have a cyst or something on your uterus or ovaries. If you are in a great deal of pain and it is not stopping, go to your doctor to get checked.
These are generally nothing to worry about, but can be uncomfortable.
