If you mean virginity, they should lose it when they have a partner who they love and trust, they understand about pregnancy and STDS and are able to take steps to avoid them, and they are able to cope with potential negative consequences, both physical and emotional, of sex.

i dont think its a matter of how young but on wether they are ready and mature enough to deal with the baggage that comes along with it. such as the possiblities of stds ,pregnancy, making sure that you use birth control and condoms. knowing that sex is not just for pleasure it is something that you share with someone that your in a commited relationship. if you dont wait for that right person who you've gotten to know and love then you have wasted something you can never get back. It makes it so much more special when you wait. I know i didn't wait and I wished I had. I would say if i could go back in time i would have waited till i was 19 or 20 when i met my husband. Do it when your ready and comfortable. id say no younger than 18

Lose what? You need to be more specific! If you are speaking of your virginity this is not a matter of how early or how late you should jump in the bed with someone.

This is a matter of when you feel it is the right time and you are with the right person.

You shouldn't have sex for the sake of the title or to be able to say "I'm not a virgin"

You should have sex and share your body with another person only when you have been with that person long enough for not just your body but your mind and spirit to determine that it is the right time to have sex and with that person.

If you just give it up to anyone now you will regret it later on when you're finally with the right person but you can not give anything to that person but your used body.

I think that everyone should wait on it til there married to the person that are going to be with for the rest of there life. When you loose it to someone you become not only physically attracted but also spiritually. You become one with that person and it's difficult to let that person go! I'm 21 and I'm still waiting on the perfect person God has for me! Temptation comes around but at the end I know that I'm gonna feel very good when I give them that in our wedding night. I think that many people think that it's just like anything else but the truth is that It's a wonderful thing to hold on for your husband. I hope this answer helped you to make a decision.

depends on how comfortable you are with the whole idea. I didn't lose mine until I was 18 (no particular reason, I just wasn't ready until then) I've known other women who didn't lose theirs until they were in their 20s. It's up to you. Don't feel pressured into it. If you honestly think you're completely ready, then go for it.

I think whenever you feel that you have found the right person and you are ready, then you should do it. Don't just do it because everyone else is doing it. Take your time.

its something that doesnt really have an age limit to it , but you should definitely wait until your ready, comfortable and in a relationship thats worth it and you also need to be mature and responsible enough. since you are still refering to sex as "it" your definitely not ready - go back to playing with your barbie dolls

When your in a relationship that you feel comfortable in and when you feel ready. No one can say when it is best...it is up to you. Don't feel pressured by anyone...and make sure you use protection.

whenever you are ready...try to wait for someone you really care about, and make sure you're really ready, you might feel ready but aren't, you don't want to get hurt...
