Don't eat right before going to sleep. It's get if you WANT heart burn. You don't need calories right before bed because you just don't need them!

Eat breakfast. It's an important start to your day.

Yeah, some morning I don't know why I wake hungry but after I drink coffee and brush my and take my bath , I don't feel that hunger anymore. I drink coffee black so there isn't any added ingredients that would void my hunger. I probably should get something before do all the other, because I have trouble keeping my weight on. Have to be careful are I'll lose weight over night. I weigh 120 , 5'7'' but I have to really watch it or I will start losing and I don't want to lose any weight. I have been I guess you would say lucky because I have kept with in the weight I was at 18. one reason I have high Blood Pressure and to gain a lot wouldn't be good for that medical problem..

Ya know what, it's weird, but check this out. If you eat before you go to bed your body is working to burn calories. That doesn't stop when you sleep and it keeps burning so when you wake up it's been chew'n away for some time now. Now you feel more hungry than if you didn't eat before bed.

Yes it's normal. Your body has been fasting throughout the night. But you shouldn't eat right before bed. I've heard that you shouldn't eat anything for at least a couple of hours before bed... or you'll pack on the pounds.
