I'd suggest getting a full blood scan done to determine what hormones you're missing-- most likely you're down on all of them, but with sex drive, it cam point to a testosterone deficiency (yes, women have testosterone, too). I'm not sure why you can't take HRT- most bio-identical hormones come in a cream form, with the exception of DHEA, which is a supplement similar to a vitamin E capsule. Your thyroid could be flatlining, and that's easily reversed with 1 small tablet a day (Levoxyl)

depends on whose! yours or his. His, it's not a big thing! yours, well now let's get this fixed! Honestly, the procedure didn't change your sexiness, so it is probably a mental thing. You could be less sensitive to arousal or getting a climax, for physical reasons. But, You can fix that! Be honest with yourself, do you have less drive now, or an excuse to admit it. I would start experimenting to find what feels good to you, by you. Once you have it nailed down, teach him (them) how to make you feel it! If you are new to self arousal, read some romance books (dirty kind) and take notes.
